Nixon’s was established in February 1983.
Our main customers in those early days were small haulage and bus companies, quarry operators such as Tarmac and Redland. We also looked after a large amount of petrol stations carrying out tank testing, pipework, supply and installation of new petrol tanks and pump refurbishment. We expanded during the 80’s and early 90’s and moved away from forecourt work to concentrate in the commercial market. Over the years we have built up a large customer base with a comprehensive range of services and products.
Nixon Pumps was established in February 1983 providing fuel pump and tank services to Haulage and Transport businesses in the Staffordshire, Cheshire and greater West Midlands area. Over the years we have expanded and now provide UK cover.
We are responsible for the continuing development and implementation of calibration service and inspection contracts to many companies which include;
Sainsburys, Fedex, West Midlands Ambulance, Staffordshire Fire Brigade, WDB Marston Breweries, Wincanton, Pets at Home, AAH Pharmaceuticals, Stockport, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire, Birmingham and Sandwell Borough Councils.
We can now provide the most up to date web based fuel monitoring control systems for users with single or multiple depots and fleets of all sizes and types of vehicles.
As an independent company, we take our core values very seriously. We have over 37 years experience and have completed more than 16,000 installations, calibrations and repairs.
